Visit Benidorm Foundation continues to work on the promotion of the city and therefore this week is carrying out two new actions whose objective is to continue attracting audiences from two countries of great interest to the capital of the Costa Blanca such as France and Russia .
On the one hand, from today Tuesday until Friday October 4 Visit Benidorm participates one more year and with the help of Turisme Comunitat Valenciana and Turespaña in the Top Resa trade show in Paris.
This is the 40th edition of the IFTM (International French Tourism Market) Top Resa in Paris, an eminently professional and the most important fair in the country.
Benidorm has scheduled several meetings during the fair days with French influencers, media, airlines, as well as the Spanish Tourism Office in Paris, in order to plan new collaborative actions for 2020.
With the presence in this fair Visit Benidorm aims to show the possibilities offered by the city to the different professionals of the French tourism sector.
According to the data of the latest Big Data report by Visit Benidorm, the Frenchman presents a positive evolution in arrivals especially from the Paris - Ile de France area. It is among the top positions of spending capacity as well as consumption of holiday homes and the demand for hotel accommodation is increasing.
On the other hand, Visit Benidorm is also carrying out a familiarization trip or "famtrip" in which four important Russian tour operators participate, who already work on the Costa Blanca and who have come to know first hand the product they sell.
This is an action organized by Benidorm and the Costa Blanca Board of Trustees, thanks to which, the representatives of the tour operators PAC Group, ICS, Good Time and Premiera will be able to know for several days the benefits of Benidorm and the part of the province .
It is important that Benidorm continue working to position itself in the Russian market and thus continue to reactivate the arrival of this tourist profile to the city, characterized by its high purchasing power and its interest in discovering the Mediterranean coast and its gastronomy.
