L'Espai d'Art of the City Hall welcomes from yesterday and until July 12 a collective exhibition that captures the 'Colors of the world' seen through the eyes of 83 painting students of Maduixa Art and Benidorm Cosmopolitan association, whose classes are held in the social centers La Torreta and José Llorca Linares.
The councilman of Culture, Ana Pellicer, and several members of the corporation attended the opening of the exhibition yesterday coordinated by the teacher of the students, Laia Ginard, winner in 2015 of the Entrepreneur Ideas contest that annually organizes the Department of Employment and Local Development . An opening in which many of the authors participated.
The exhibited works are a selection of the best works carried out throughout the course by students of Maduixa Art and Benidorm Cosmopolitan, and shows portraits and landscapes with a common denominator: color.
The councilman of Culture stressed that among the authors are "future promises" of painting, as the youngest students barely exceed four years of age; and she congratulated the coordinator of the exhibition because "she not only teaches her students to paint and draw, but also to enjoy and have a good time" while developing their creativity.
