‘Mentoring’ program organizes group and individual work sessions with users to face the reality of the market once their business ideas have been launched
Employment develops in ‘Espai Coworking’ of Benidorm a supporting program for entrepreneurs financed by the Provincial Council
The Agency for Employment and Local Promotion (AEDL) of Benidorm City Council has made available to entrepreneurs who use the ‘Espai Coworking’ program ‘CEEI Mentoring and support for entrepreneurs’, which subsidizes the Provincial Council of Alicante with 5,000 euros.
It is a mentoring and practical support program for entrepreneurs and companies that are already in operation, and through which group and individual work sessions are periodically organized that allow entrepreneurs to face the reality of the market once their ideas have been released.
The objective of this program is to help entrepreneurs to optimize the effectiveness of their development and growth programs, as well as to inform them about other company launch and ideation programs that can support the promotion of their businesses.
The Councilor for Employment and Local Development, Mónica Gómez, explained that “we have continued, with the support of Alicante Provincial Council, to the support program at the start of the Espai Coworking Benidorm activities, since the experience and assessment of the 2019 service from the entrepreneurs was very positive ”.
Through the aforementioned group and individual sessions, the objectives to be faced, the restructuring of business models, as well as the implementation and monitoring of new actions that allow entrepreneurial projects to grow and generate greater value for their companies and for the social environment that surrounds them.
So far, 11 group meetings and 9 individual meetings have already been held with each of the companies located in the “Espai Coworking”. Throughout this month of October, several group meetings are scheduled, in addition to individual meetings with the new coworkers who have joined these municipal offices.
