The mayor exposes the transition to DTI + Safe and they visit the Smart Office
A delegation from Santa Susanna City Council visits Benidorm
A delegation from Santa Susanna City Council, in Barcelona coastal region of El Maresme, this morning took an institutional visit to Benidorm City Council, where they were received by the mayor, and then visited the Smart Office, where they received explanations about their operation.
Toni Pérez received the mayor, Joan Campolier, at midday, accompanied by the councilor Sílvia Vives and the coordinator of his DTI project, Rafael Moreno.
Santa Susanna joined the Network of Smart Tourist Destinations in October 2019 and has just formalized its Diagnostic Report and Action Plan for its transformation into DTI. This visit completes the development for the implementation of experiences in the final project.
After the meeting in the Mayor's office, the delegation visited the Smart Office of Benidorm City Council, which continues to operate remotely, where the director of Smart Tourism, Celia Romero, and the director of Visit Benidorm, Leire Bilbao have explained the operations that are being developed and coordinated, as well as the programming of the transition operation to DTI + Safe that Benidorm is currently undertaking and which is already in the last phase of analysis.
Both the mayor and the heads of the departments have exposed the details of the resilient operation of Benidorm DTI focusing on the normalization process, operational trust through the actions of Visit Benidorm and the induction of the technological applicability of indicators that with Tourist Intelligence develops the office.
The visit ended with an explanation of the operation of Hidraqua Dinapsis laboratory and water management along with other sustainability indicators.
