The City Council launches a line of grants for expenses of administrative personnel of business entities or entrepreneurs
Benidorm City Council launches a line of subsidies, endowed with 70,000 euros, intended to contribute to the expenses of own administrative staff of associations and business entities and / or entrepreneurs nonprofit.
The Councilor for Employment and Local Development, Mónica Gómez, explained that these grants "are part of the line of action to support local businesses and entrepreneurs," and are aimed at "associations and entities whose activities are carried out within the municipality, that have operational headquarters in the city and that develop programs of general interest for companies and entrepreneurs ”.
Gómez has indicated that the maximum amount of aid will be 7,000 euros per entity, and its destination is to meet the expenses of the staff that is responsible for the administrative and management functions of the association. "With these grants," he said, "we intend to promote the maintenance of jobs in these business associations and entrepreneurs who throughout the year carry out training projects or actions, promoting employment or advising in order to boost the activity business and economic of Benidorm ”.
The bases of grants will be approved this Friday at the Local Government Board, and will subsequently be published in the Official Gazette of the Province (BOP). From the Employment and Local Development Area “the model of instance for the application and annexes will be made available to those interested in the Electronic Headquarters of the website of the City of Benidorm, www.benidorm.org”.
The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of the aces in the (BOP), and will end after 10 calendar days. A municipal technical commission will assess and evaluate the applications and resolve these grants within one month of the publication of the call.
