Children's football teams prepare for ‘Villa de Benidorm’ tournament in April

Men's and women's football teams in Benidorm begin to be ready. The teams are preparing to be able to play with guarantees the football tournament Villa de Benidorm, which will be held on April 10.

This morning, the Councilor for Sports, Mariló Cebreros, has attended the first of the calls in the surrounding fields of the Sports City ‘Guillermo Amor’. Among all the participants and those involved in the next sessions, a pre-selection will be held that will have later 11 players for the team. The team will be composed by the players of the four local clubs: Ciudad de Benidorm, Calvari, Benidorm Fundación and Foietes.

Luis Cardona, coach of the Infantil C team of Ciudad de Benidorm, will be responsible for configuring, together with his collaborating technicians and with the support of the Department of Sports, the team that will represent the city in Villa de Benidorm tournament, competition that it will also have the participation of the women's team 8.
