
The sports councilor, Arturo Cabrillo, has presented this morning along with the president of the Basketball Club Benidorm, José Antonio Moran, and his secretary, Miguel Ángel Ortiz, the details of the Autonomic Male Final Phase of Basketball Federation in the Comunidad Valenciana, which will start tomorrow, Friday at 6:00 pm and continue until Sunday, May 12. Benidorm will host the Final Phase and will be played at the Palau d'Esports L'Illa in Benidorm.
Cabrillo commented that "the event will bring together the four best classified teams: L'Alqueria (Valencia Basket, Club)," El Miñarro "Benidorm Basketball, Club Basket L'Horta de Godella and Mislata Basket Club" who will compete for the Autonomic Championship.
For his part, Moran wanted to thank the City Council and the Department of Sports "their support to be able to organize in Benidorm this Final Phase of great importance as the winner of the regional children's championship will be decided". It also notes that "the first two have a place in the championship of Spain."
Finally, the secretary of the Basketball Club Benidorm invites "all people of Benidorm to attend these days of sport where they face the best players in the children's category of the Comunidad Valenciana." The Final Phase will be played in three days, Friday and Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. The competition system will be "a league between the four teams and from them the winner will emerge. The two teams with the best score will get their place for the Spanish championship "emphasizes Ortiz.
