Benidorm tenders the works to start up the Municipal Business Incubator
The Governing Board of Benidorm City Hall has approved the tender of the work contract to locate the Municipal Business Incubator -Espai Coworking Benidorm- in a local in Rincón de Loix, in Juan Fuster Zaragoza Street.
The Mayor Toni Pérez recalled that "this is a proposal assumed by the government team and moved by the Citizens political party, included in the budget pact both in 2017 and 2018. The works are expected to be completed by the end of the year and it is expected to come into operation at the beginning of next year. The new business incubator was born to cover the needs that have been transferred to the Agency of Employment and Local Development, both entrepreneurs and business associations and will contribute to the improvement of the business fabric and employment in Benidorm.
The Municipal Business Incubator -Espai Coworking Benidorm- is expected to have at least 12 jobs. It will have common areas including a common meeting room.
Companies interested in participating in the bidding process now have until October 16 to submit their proposals and it is expected to begin work in the same month, with a deadline of 4 months. The contest is open procedure and the total amount budgeted is 87,925.40 euros.
