Benidorm Tourism Foundation has been present this week in a workshop organized by the Valencian Tourism Agency that has taken place in Seville.
The objective of this action was to make known the city of Benidorm to the Andalusian market and more specifically to the Travel Agents of Seville. Visit Benidorm has shown all its offer to the Andalusian agents with the aim of showing all the possibilities of the destination and expand the customer portfolio.
To this workshop, organized in the center of the Andalusian capital, other destinations of the Community went as well as the Patronato Costa Blanca and some businessmen of Benidorm.
This is the beginning of a strategy proposed by the Valencian Tourism Agency, which aims to reach other points in Spain through professional actions.
Thanks to the data obtained through active listening on social networks with the Mabrian tool, it can be said that the Andalusians who come to Benidorm are the fourth nationality that most comments on Twitter and Instagram, representing 8.64% of the publications of Spaniards in the capital of the Costa Blanca.
The Andalusian market accounts for almost 5% of Spanish overnight stays in the destination of Benidorm, 43% of these belong to the age range between 25 and 35 years and according to their mentions on tourism products the "Sun and Beach" with 33% of mentions is the one that generates more interest to them.
For these reasons, it is important that Benidorm continues to work on publicizing the city's virtues in order to establish itself as a destination suitable for the Andalusian public.
