Benidorm renews the lighting of the connection of the N-332 with Comunidad Valenciana avenue

Benidorm City Council, through the Department of Urban Scene, has completed the renovation of the lighting at the junction of National Highway 332 with the entrance to Benidorm through Comunidad Valenciana Avenue. This is an action framed in Phase 2 of the IDAE-funded program.

The work has consisted of changing lighting fixtures and cleaning up the installation with work to replace wiring and staff and fix manholes.

In addition, the electrical installation has been equipped with 42 LED lights with remote management and a new command center has been installed.

The action has been carried out between kilometre points 151+560 and 152+130 in a non-urban section of the N-332 and for its execution work has been carried out during times of lower traffic intensity to avoid its impact as much as possible. However, the Councilor for Public Space, Francis Muñoz, has indicated that with this action completed "we have solved a problem of road safety and image of the city that the Ministry has not addressed despite being within its jurisdiction."
