Benidorm City Council with its mayor, Toni Pérez, have observed this Thursday a minute of silence at the main door of the town hall building in solidarity with the victims and in a sign of repulsion for yesterday's attack, right in the political and tourist center of London, which has resulted in the death of four people, including a woman of Spanish origin, and about 40 injured of varying severity.
The call of Benidorm has not been the only one. At the same time and summoned by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, thousands of Spaniards of the whole country have observed a minute of silence to protest against the unreason of international Jihadist terrorism.
