Benidorm and Avibe promote training actions for entrepreneurs
Members of the association will receive training in areas such as social networks, project management and management, customer service and marketing applied to tourism
The City Council and the Business Association of Travel Agencies of Benidorm (Avibe) are going to promote training and qualification actions for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in areas as important and current as social networks, project management and management, customer service and Marketing in the field of tourism. Although these actions are primarily aimed at partners associated with Avibe, they will also be open to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs outside the entity.
This morning, the mayor, Toni Pérez, has signed an agreement with the president of Avibe, Juan José Pérez Parker, which includes the terms of this collaboration. The document was signed by the Councilor for Employment, Mª Jesús Pinto; and the Vice-president of Avibe, Ainhoa Francos.
The City Council, through the Employment and Local Development Agency (AEDL), will carry out a training program that will start with a social networking workshop on April 24 and 25. In May, it will be the turn of the assertive negotiation in the tourist company; while the training planned for October will focus on coaching. In November, an e-commerce Management workshop will be developed for travel agencies and tourism companies.
All these actions will be held at Avibe facilities, which will also provide the technical means and infrastructure necessary for the development of its program.
