The three beaches have passed with flying colors the "exhaustive" audits that the ICTE carries out throughout the year in which the quality and cleanliness of the water and sand, hygienic conditions, and physical and sanitary security protocols, are evaluated. the facilities, the security, and first aid services, the leisure offer, and the information offered to the users.
These distinctions are added, said Gómez "to the rest of the quality certifications that the beaches of Benidorm have and that guarantee our clear commitment to constant improvement and our determined vocation for sustainable management, extendable to all areas of the city and the destination".
Specifically, since 2003 the beaches of Benidorm have ISO 9001 and 14001, and since 2010 they also comply with the EMAS Regulation.
