The auditorium of Benidorm City Hall has hosted this afternoon the process of awarding places for new students of the José Pérez Barceló Music Conservatory in the first course of 'Elementary Education'.
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and the Director of the Conservatory, José Miguel Mollá, presided over the table in which the adjudication process was carried out before the children who passed the entrance exam, who attended the assembly hall in the company of their parents and mothers.
All students have been able to choose to study in the chosen instrument, thanks to the wide range of places offered by the conservatory. The mayor, who holds the competences in the field of Education, said at the beginning of the act that "it is an act with which we want to give full transparency to the allocation of places for new students", and was satisfied at the end of the act "Because all the students will be able to study the instrument they have chosen".
The registration period, once the places are awarded, will be from 10 to 13 September (both inclusive), from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Class schedules will be published on September 19 at the conservatory, and can also be found on the facebook and the conservatory website. Students who wish to change their schedule can go to the head office on 19 and 20 September.
