Aptur technical conference on legal security in the contracting of tourist accommodation

The Association of Touristic Apartments Company of the Costa Blanca, Aptur, will hold next Tuesday, 21, a technical conference about legal security in the contracting of tourist accommodation. The details of this meeting aimed specifically at companies managing holiday rentals on the Costa Blanca have been exposed to the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, by the president of Aptur, Miguel Angel Sotillos, during a meeting held at the Mayor's office, along with other members of the board.

The meeting on Tuesday will start at 4:00 pm in Invat.tur auditorium and the presentations will be given by Nuria Fernández, Professor of Commercial Law and Julián López, professor of Civil Law, both of the University of Alicante. "The contractual regulatory framework in tourist accommodation in the Valencian Community" is the title of the conference that will lead into a round table in which it is expected to finalize a framework document that will meet the demands of the sector.
