AEDL and Obra Social La Caixa will continue collaborating in programs of labor insertion and entrepreneurship

07 March 2018
La AEDL y la Obra Social La Caixa seguirán colaborando en programas de inserción laboral y emprendimiento

The Agency of Employment and Local Development of Benidorm (AEDL) and Obra Social La Caixa will continue to collaborate in the financing and development of programs and projects of labor insertion and entrepreneurship. This has been carried out in a meeting by the heads of Obra Social La Caixa in Benidorm, Adrián Conesa and Francesc Pérez, the Councilor for Employment, Mª Jesús Pinto, and the director of AEDL, José Antonio Núñez de Cela.

From the organization, priority is given to projects focused on improving the conditions of access to employment, specific support for groups that are difficult to enter the labor market, and those aimed at promoting entrepreneurial culture and supporting new entrepreneurs who begin their activity in Benidorm.

Pinto thanked the collaboration offered by the financial institution "both in the new programs that are proposed, and in the programs that the Employment Agency have already been developed in previous years with a high level of satisfaction for its participants." Among these programs, the councilor has highlighted "the Entrepreneurial Ideas Competition, the FOCUS PYME Marina Baixa, which is already working, or microcredit workshops and other initiatives aimed at training and support for entrepreneurs."

In 2017, Obra Social La Caixa contributed to the programs carried out from the AEDL with a total of 14,450 euros.
