Youth opens the registration period for the skiing campaign in Andorra
The Youth Council will open next Monday, November 27, the registration period for the Ski Campaign 2018, which will be developed in two phases: between February 4 and 9 and from February 25 to March 2. This was announced this morning by the Councilor for Youth, Ana Pellicer, who recalled that "after the drop in temperatures and the completion of our Major Festivities", the young people of Benidorm will be able to enjoy one more year of snow and tracks of Grand Valira, in the Principality of Andorra. "A very large station, with a lot of capacity, a lot of diversity and many tracks" that more than satisfies the most demanding lovers of white sport, said the mayor.
Pellicer has emphasized that the price is on this occasion "somewhat cheaper than the previous year", 460 euros. It includes transportation by bus, accommodation in a four-star hotel in double rooms, full board (with meals on the slopes), five-day ski pass and alpine ski equipment "is also included, stressed Ana Pellicer, insurance and ski lessons two hours a day. "
The council has stressed that it has been considered the possibility of changing the alpine skiing material for snow, for only 25 euros and for 30 more you can access, in its entirety, to the entire largest ski area in the Pyrenees, that has 193 km of tracks. Pellicer recalled that the skiing campaign is "a trip that has many regulars" and that just after the registration deadline is usually "cover half of the seats", so he has recommended to anyone who is interested "to sign up as soon as possible because the season starts shortly. "
The skiing campaign is aimed at people between 14 and 35 years old. However, those who are interested but do not reach or exceed the age, may participate through a reservation of place that will be confirmed later. All the information of this activity is available in the Youth Information Center (CIJ) located in the town hall building.
