Benidorm decrees two days of mourning for the death of José Manuel Reverte Coma, exmayor of Benidorm
Benidorm City Council has decreed two days of official mourning for the death of exalcalde José Manuel Reverte Coma, who died Saturday in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid). The prestigious doctor and anthropologist was in charge of the Mayor's Office from February 3, 1971 until July 30, 1973.
During the next two days the flags of the Consistory will wave at half-mast as a sign of mourning. The Mass will be held tomorrow Sunday, May 7, at 12.10 in the chapel of the Municipal Morgue in Pozuelo de Alarcón.
The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, has lamented the loss of Jose Manuel Reverte Coma, and on behalf of the city has transferred his condolences to the family of the deceased.
