The SPPLB wins the Union Elections in Benidorm City Hall
The Professional Union (SPPLB) won the Union Elections held yesterday at the Benidorm City Hall in which 552 public workers out of the 614 entitled to vote in the process voted. Participation reached 89.9% of the workforce.
The new Personnel Board elected by career civil servants will be made up of eight delegates from the SPPLB, three from the CSIF, three from the CCOO, two from the UGT, and one from the SEPCV. For their part, the workforce in two tables ('Specialists and Unskilled' and 'Technical and Administrative') has elected its Works Council, which will have eight more delegates from the SPPLB that reaches an absolute majority in this body, three of UGT, one from CCOO and another from SEPCV.
The votes show that a total of 440 men and 174 women exercised their right to vote.
