From 17 hours and in just a few minutes, residents in Colonia Madrid district have sold out 200 tickets that the department of Events has delivered for the second consecutive year at the box office at Plaza de Toros. Each resident only has been able to pick up a day ticket providing the ID and the registration document certifying the reside in the designated section.

Thus, the City Council wanted to compensate to some extent the inconvenience caused to the residents in Colonia Madrid because of the celebration of Low Festival during the weekend with bands like Belle and Sebastian, Suede or Vetusta Morla.
