More than 200 people gathered in the municipal auditorium to enjoy the recital directed by Joaquín García Fernández who, in addition to being a member of the Musical Union, is a trumpet teacher at Mutxamel Conservatory. Among the attendees, were the first deputy mayor, Ana Pellicer, and the provincial deputy, José Ramón González de Zárate.

The concert began with 'Gabriel's oboe' by the band from the movie 'The Mission' by Ennio Morricone and continued with 'I love you, you said', by María Grever; 'The day you love me' by Carlos Gardel; 'Goodbye beautiful Mariquita', by Marcos A. Jiménez Sotelo; Moon River, by Henry Mancini; "What a Wonderful World," by Bob Thiele and George David Weiss; 'Over the Rainbow', belonging to the film 'The Wizard of Oz', by Harold Arlen and Yip Harburg; 'Edelweiss', by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II, theme from the musical 'The Sound of Music', included in the feature film 'Smiles and Tears'; ‘De Colores’, a traditional theme by an unknown author; 'Guadalajara', by Pepe Guízar'; and ended with 'Valenciana', by Manuel Massotti Littel.
