The authorship and final title of the work will be revealed during the concert that SM l’Illa will perform on September 27, in which the piece will be premiered
'Txam Pum!', motto of the winning Christian march of the XXIV 'Villa de Benidorm' Festive Music Contest

The jury of the 24th Benidorm Town Festival Music Composition Competition has decided by majority vote to award first prize to the Christian march presented under the motto "Txam Pum!", according to the Councillor for Culture, Jaime Jesús Pérez, who noted that "nine pieces were entered into this edition of the competition."
The Councillor for Culture explained that "as in previous editions, both the authorship and the final title of the work will be announced during the extraordinary music festival concert; a concert performed by the Societat Musical l'Illa, where the piece will be premiered, will be held on September 27 at 8:00 p.m. in the Óscar Esplá Amphitheatre in L'Aigüera Park as a prelude to the Moors and Christians Festival."
As established in the competition rules, the author of the winning piece will receive a cash prize of 2,000 euros and a trophy.
In addition to the Culture Councillor, this year's technical jury was composed of professors, composers, and musicians Felip Lanuza Morales, Saül Gómez Soler, Silvia Gómez Maestro, and Javier Cidrón Ribes.
