The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, highlighted yesterday, during the awards ceremony for this edition of the Digital Tourist held yesterday and today in the Assembly Hall of the Town Hall, the union between the tourism and technology industries. The mayor indicated that the congress “•shows that both industries join hands because they need each other and because we are an industry that contributes a lot to wealth”.

The mayor also stressed the "obligation" of tourist destinations to ensure that "everyone can intensely live the experience, dream, and inspiration when they come to our destinations. And that is the role that Benidorm has in everything it does”.
