The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, has attended today the opening of the IV Master of Rice and Mediterranean Haute Cuisine of the University of Alicante (UA), which was held in Germán Bernácer assembly hall of the University. An act in which they have also been present, among others, Amparo Navarro, rector of the UA; the director of Gasterra, Josep Bernabéu; the director of the Alicante CdT, Antonio Crespo; the mayor of Pego, Enrique Moll; the Councilor for Commerce and Hospitality of Alicante, Lidia López; the Councilor for Education of Dénia, Melania Ivars; Joan Moll, head of development of the Jöel Robuchon group; and Jesús Navarro, president of Carmencita.
One more year, the City Council collaborates with this master's degree, facilitating the study of hospitality professionals in the city, offering six scholarships for those registered in Benidorm.
This Master in Rice and Mediterranean Haute Cuisine has two certificates one in Expert in History, Globalization and Tourism around Rice and another in Mediterranean Haute Cuisine and Specialist in Culinary Science and Technology, Pairings, Rices and Mediterranean Haute Cuisine. To obtain the Master's degree, both degrees must be passed and a final master's project (TFM) must be completed, which will be eminently practical.
