The Contracting Bureau opens the technical and merit envelope of the offer subscribed by Esteyco-Guía Consultores
The municipal technicians are already studying the project to renovate the Avenida del Mediterráneo presented by the UTE Esteyco-Guía Consultores within the open competition called by the City of Benidorm to choose how the remodeling should be one of the main arteries of the city. This morning, the Procurement Committee has opened the A, B and C envelopes of this competition, the administrative documentation, the technical proposal, and the list of drafts, awards and distinctions of the bidding companies.
Once the technicians evaluate and rate the technical proposal and the merits, it will be time to open the last envelope, which contains the economic offer. Thus, it is expected that in the next few days a new Contracting Bureau will be convened.
The Esteyco-Guía Consultores has been the only offer that has been received to the technical assistance service contract for the drafting of projects to develop the works of that avenue.
The first is a company with a large and extensive curriculum in the development of projects and works in Spain and Latin America.
