The plenary session approves the agreement for the joint surveillance of the maritime zone of Serra Gelada
The plenary session has given unanimous support to the collaboration agreement among the Generalitat and the Town Councils of Benidorm, l'Alfàs del Pi and Altea for joint surveillance of the maritime area of Serra Gelada Natural Park. The councilman of Environment, José Ramón González de Zárate, indicated that this agreement is focused "to contribute our grain of sand to protect our natural space, coastline and seabed." De Zárate clarified that "although Benidorm has already this service" with a rural guard and a boat of the Beach Section of the Local Police, the city joins the agreement for "solidarity" with the rest of municipalities.

The plenary has approved to transfer to the Valencian Tourism Agency (AVT) the interest of the municipal corporation in the autonomic administration to build a new Center for Tourism Development (CdT) and send it, for this purpose, the technical documentation of a municipal plot next to the Valencian Institute of Tourist Technologies (Invattur).

Opposition motions
