Undersea Festival celebrates its second edition on June 13th at the theme park with an expanded program: 14 hours of music and eight stages
Benidorm hosts the best water festival once again at Terra Mítica
After attracting 5,000 attendees to its first edition, Undersea Festival today presented its second instalment, taking a qualitative leap with a more ambitious proposal, aiming to surpass 8,000 attendees and reaffirm its title as the only music event of its kind. The Councillor for Events, Jesús Carrobles, and the festival's CEO, José Sánchez Calvo, shared all the details of this new edition, which returns to the same venue, the Terra Mítica theme park.
Carrobles explained that Undersea Festival is “much more than a music event: it's a unique experience that combines music, water, and entertainment, with large-scale infrastructure and a spectacular production that makes a significant contribution to the Benidorm brand, both in terms of the number of people it attracts and what it adds to the summer program.”
For his part, the CEO of Undersea indicated that the project “transforms Terra Mítica into an immersive universe where music, set design, and spectacle merge to offer a completely sensory experience,” designed to “move away from the massive festival where we see an artist from 200 meters away and wait 40 minutes between performances.” Instead, he explained, “a festival is designed for the public to have a good time and enjoy different atmospheres. The concept places the audience at the centre, focusing on an immersive experience where every detail counts.”
The 2026 edition will feature 14 hours of uninterrupted music—in addition to a special after-party inside the Pyramid of Cheops for approximately 1,500 people—across eight themed stages, which Nico Mijanovic, another of the organizers, detailed: the Main Stage, with the best DJs from the national and local reggaeton and hit music scene; Ocean White, a trip down memory lane to relive the best of the 2010s; Alonis Barrakus, a tribute to the local festivals and Moors and Christians traditions; Warhol, a tech house pool party; Pitote Club, a musical repertoire worthy of music lovers, fusing techno with classics; Remembers of Alonis, a stage designed for those who want to relive the 90s and 2000s with DJs who defined a generation, such as Miguel Serna and Ismael Lora; “and two more that will be announced later through our social media channels,” he noted.
Furthermore, as Sánchez Calvo explained, the “Pandora’s Kingdoms” area has been set up, where “water once again takes centre stage” with “a giant pool integrated into the heart of the venue, allowing thousands of attendees to enjoy the music underwater, making it one of the most distinctive and memorable elements of Undersea Festival.” The event will begin at noon and continue until 2:00 AM. Afterwards, there will be an after-party for those who want to keep the party going at Ku nightclub.
Tickets and all event information are available on the website: https://underseafestival.com/entradas/ and the rest of the official Undersea Festival channels. Tickets are on sale from €28, and more than 2,500 tickets have already been sold.
