La Policía Local estrena un nuevo vehículo de atestados dotado con la última tecnología en seguridad y conectividad

Benidorm City Council has purchased for a sum of 64,000 euros a new vehicle of equipped with the latest technology and equipped to meet any service with maximum comfort and discretion for citizens. The mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez; the Councilor for Citizen Security, Lorenzo Martínez; and the Chief of the Local Police, Juan Fuertes; They have presented this new vehicle this morning, in whose configuration the troops of the Local Police have collaborated to make it as functional as possible.

Toni Pérez said that "this van is at the same time a mobile office to provide maximum comfort to officers and people who need to be served in a conference" and stressed "the importance of providing our police with the best means to develop their work and thus provide the best possible service. " The mayor has announced that "very soon we will present the renewal of thirteen vehicles of the Local Police in the modality of renting".

The Chief of the Local Police, Juan Fuertes, explained that "it is a vehicle of 6.5 meters long and configured for a mixed use as an office for reports or for the transfer of people." It is equipped with all the security equipment, latest gps technology, maximum connectivity and all the necessary equipment to perform alcohol tests and other narcotic substances.

Fuertes already informed that in 2018 680 accidents were attended, 20 less than in 2017, and added that "the joint work of the departments of Citizenship Security and Mobility is getting better traffic conditions and the number of accidents in our city have been reduced. "
