FCC promotes among its staff activities to promote healthy living and combat sedentary lifestyle

The concessionaire is certified as a  'Healthy Company'

The concessionaire of road cleaning and garbage collection in Benidorm, Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas (FCC), certified since December 2016 as a 'Healthy Company', is promoting a series of activities to combat sedentarism and promote healthy living among their workers.

One of the lines of action of this healthy program is the promotion of physical activity. To this end, the company organized this Friday, March 10, a hiking route for workers and their families, which will depart at 14.30 hours from the confluence of Madrid and Catalán ChanaAvenues and that will reach La Cruz de Serra Gelada .

In addition to this route, FCC is organizing football matches between its workers and also with other teams, it has reached an agreement with a gym so that its staff can make use of the facilities in more advantageous conditions, and it is proposed to organize a championship of paddel .

It will also promote a campaign against smoking, with included talks, with the aim of reducing the percentage of smokers within the workforce.
