The City Council renews its traditional commitment to training by offering 6 scholarships to registered residents in Benidorm
Benidorm maintains its collaboration in the Master of Rice and Mediterranean Haute Cuisine of the UA

These municipal grants of Benidorm are materialized in the sponsorship of six scholarships to study the Master in Rice and Mediterranean Haute Cuisine which is broken down into the titles of Expert in History, Globalization and Tourism around Rice and Mediterranean Haute Cuisine and Specialist in Science and Culinary Technology, Pairings, Rice and Mediterranean Haute Cuisine. To obtain the Master's degree, both degrees must be passed and a final master's thesis (TFM) must be completed, which will be eminently practical.
The training objectives are based on getting to know the historical evolution of rice and Mediterranean haute cuisine, the main products and processes related to the preparation of rice. The students will know the main products involved in the preparation of rice; raw materials, production areas, elaboration, peculiarities, cooking techniques.
