After reading the passage that has been assigned, Toni Pérez said that "we have gone out into the street" and with the celebration at Hort de Colón, we have "moved to the nerve center of our city" to an environment that, "after the pedestrianisation of Tomás Ortuño street acquires an impressive dynamism and activity ". "Culture," said Toni Pérez, "at the service of people and in the center of the town with all the comfort and convenience." The mayor also thanked the Afratex effort in the organization of the day, and "the boys and girls of Aitana."

After the mayor, the reading was continued by the head of the municipal areas of Culture and Historical Heritage, Ana Pellicer, and then representatives of the rest of the municipal groups. The reading has been extended until 2:00 p.m. It will be resumed next year.
