Benidorm, capital of the Spanish fashion talent swimwear
Benidorm was once again the Spanish capital of swimwear design yesterday with the celebration of the fourth edition of the National Award, organized by Mediterranean Fashion Beach and which every year reveals the best talents and promises. A contest in which Mary Barcelona Lebato won with ‘Malama Aina’ collection.
In addition to the creations of the new designers who were competing for the National Award, the fashion show also featured two special collections out of competition, including the one designed by Mireia Moreno Gallart, winner of 2020 National Swimwer Fashion Award.
The mayor, Toni Pérez, along with several members of the government team, attended yesterday the fashion show of this National Award, with which Benidorm City Council collaborates and in which Manuel Romo, current International Mister Spain, participated, among others. Among the members of the jury was Carmen Torres, general secretary of Moda España.
