Annual Regulatory Plan
In compliance with Article 132 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the Benidorm City Council's Annual Regulatory Plan is hereby published.
This document outlines the legislative initiatives (Ordinances and Regulations) that the Municipal Corporation plans to submit to the Plenary Session for approval during the current calendar year. The Annual Regulatory Plan ensures transparency in local legislative initiatives and allows citizens to learn about the municipality's regulatory agenda in advance.
