The skating ring in Benidorm hosts the First National Technification Conference
Benidorm skating ring has hosted this weekend the First National Technification Conference, organized by the RFEP (Royal Spanish Skating Federation) with the collaboration of Benidorm Skating Club.
The first deputy mayor, Ana Pellicer and the councillor of Employment, Beaches and Environment, Mónica Gómez went to the delivery of the diplomas accrediting having made these technifications.
For two days, yesterday in two sessions, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and today Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., dozens of skaters of all categories have enjoyed the lessons taught by Garikoitz Lerga, national coach, level 3 national coach title and Javier Larrasoain, international team runner, level 1 coach title.
These days of technification seek to improve the individual resources of each skater, each session being unique and specific, based on developing and simplifying each part of the technique and tactics for easy understanding and assimilation.
In addition, the participants have been able to verify how they work in the national team as well as all the pillar blocks of speed skating such as, specific warming, off-skate work to improve technique and strength, curve technique, straight technique, tactical group work ( squad movements and teamwork), stretching, recovery and injury prevention.
