The key is to create products for customers and not to find customers for the products.
The sessions of the Gastronomic Tourism Acceleration Plan begin
With an acceptable reception, the training sessions of the Acceleration Plan for Gastronomic Tourism aimed at professionals in the sector and tourist guides, promoted by Benidorm City Council, have started this morning. The event was attended by Smart Tourism, hotel businessmen and representatives of Benidorm associations.
The face-to-face sessions were inaugurated by a presentation by Juan Castro, an expert in Tourism Planning and Strategy. The CEO of Castro Consulting and Viajar en Familia has shared with the attendees his experience in "Creating gastronomic products for families, seniors and sportsmen", and he has highlighted that "we must not find clients for our products but products for our clients ”.
The pandemic, he has highlighted, has given us an opportunity for reflection, in which the celebration of this type of conference is a lever of revitalization for the gastronomic sector.
The next session will be held on Monday, March 7, at Invat•tur facilities with a presentation by Enrique Gasulla, from Unanimous Creatives, on Online Marketing and how to reach customers through online tools.
