Schoolchildren from five centers will perform their works at Mostra de Teatre a l'Ensenyament

Students from five schools in Benidorm participate today in the XXII Mostra de Teatre a l'Ensenyament organized by the City Council in collaboration with different schools in the city. A Mostra that will last until May 30, which will be developed halfway between the social center José Llorca Linares and the City Council, and where there will be space for comedy, musicals or reviews of classics.

The performances will be the responsibility of the groups or students of the schools Vasco Núñez de Balboa, Bautista Lledó, Aitana and Nuestra Señora de los Dolores, and the IES Mediterrània. To them will be added the Tossal Teatre group, formed by Primary and Secondary teachers from different centers.

Two of the seven works that will be staged are aimed at the general public; while the five works will be presented to schoolchildren and Primary School as the case may be.

The 6th grade Primary School students from Aitana School have been commissioned to start this 22nd edition of the Mostra de Teatre a l'Ensenyament with the play 'Escuela de Futuro', written by Juan José Torres and directed by the author with Jordi Ramos As a public, students of the schools Vasco Núñez de Balboa and Leonor Canalejas.

Monday, May 28

10.00 hours José Llorca Linares Social Center. Theater Group of 5th CEIP Bautista Lledó. The magic guitar, entirely in English. Directed to 5th and 6th grade students.

Tuesday, May 29

10.00 hours José Llorca Linares Social Center. The 'Platonic' Theater Group of the 6th CEIP Bautista Lledó. The judgment of Paris. For students of the second cycle of Primary.

11.00 Assembly Hall of the City Hall. Theater Group L'Illa Els Dolors of 5º and 6º of the school Nuestra Señora de los Dolores. El Ladrón de la infancia, directed by Antonio J. Pérez Limones and Verónica Baco. For students from 3rd to 6th grade of Primary.

8:00 pm Hall of the City Hall. Students of the Theater Group 'Los Chesperianos' of IES Mediterrània under the direction of Nicolás Pardo. Another Hamlet ?, based on Hamlet by William Shakespeare, version of the director. Directed to the general public.

Wednesday, May 30

10.00 and 11.30 hours. José Llorca Linares Social Center. Students of 2nd CEIP Vasco Núñez de Balboa. 'Beauty and the Beast'. Adaptation of the musical in Valencian. For students of Infant and first cycle of Primary.

8:00 pm Hall of the City Hall. Tossal Teatre under the direction of -Manuel Palazón. The unconquerable. Directed to the general public.
