A round table on how to detect school bullying and how to act before it from all areas closed yesterday the first Education Week in Benidorm, organized by the local APA's Association with the collaboration of the Department of Education led by the mayor, Toni Pérez
At the table 'Altogether, let's end school bullying', the forensic psychologist of the Administration of Justice and specialist in bullying, Teresa Marín; the director of CEIP Leonor Canalejas and member of Sweetie, Association for the Defense of Children, Girls and Adolescents, Paqui Gómez; two representative of the Delegation of Citizen Participation of the Police Station of the National Police of Benidorm, and Soledad Sempere, new inspector of Secondary of the area of Benidorm and representative of the Territorial Direction of Education.
The mayor highlighted "the involvement of the educational community" of Benidorm that is reflected in initiatives like this, conceived to "talk about issues that matter to us," and was impatient to "see the program" from the Local Association of APA's " they are going to schedule for the second Education Week. "
The Education Week began on Saturday, November 18, with a conference by Javier Urra, first Child Advocate and forensic psychologist in the Office of the Superior Court of Justice and Juvenile Court, who spoke on whether it is possible a school without harassment. Throughout the week, a series of age-related workshops have been held, in which teachers and other professionals linked to education, parents and mothers have participated.
