These places are already operational and increase about 250 those available in the neighborhood
The 'Resident Zone' is extended in Rincón de Loix with 35 parking spaces in Berlin Street
Rincón de Loix counts from today with 35 new parking spaces for people registered in Benidorm exclusively when extending the Zone of Residents to Berlin street. In this way, drivers resident in Benidorm already have about 250 exclusive parking spaces in this neighborhood of the city, located mainly near Ametlla del Mar and Estocolmo avenues and next to 'Antonio López' football fields .
The department of Mobility, directed by the councilman José Ramón González de Zárate, recalled that after the incorporation of these new places, the 'Residents' Zone' already operates on seven roads in Rincón de Loix: on Mónaco Avenue, Estocolmo - between Amsterdam and Paris-, Amsterdam and Paris - both on the stretches between Ametlla del Mar and Estocolmo - Roma street - between Mónaco and Estocolmo - and Zamora - between Almirall Bernat de Sarrià and the pedestrian access to Antonio López football fields - and its prolongation.
With these 35 new places, the 'Resident Zone' already borders the 3,250 parking lots in different parts of the city: Colonia Madrid, Centro, La Cala, Rincón de Loix and Ensanche de Levante.
The adhesive card to be able to park in 'Resident Zone' can be processed in the Mobility Department -located on the third floor of the City Hall- from 09.00 to 13.00 hours. To obtain this card you only have to be registered in Benidorm, be the owner of a small van or van and pay the vehicle tax in the city. They can also park in 'Residents' Zone' in the same conditions the vehicles of the companies that have their fiscal domicile in Benidorm and that pay in the city the circulation tax (IVTM) of the same.
