The procession of Jesús Nazareno tours the streets of Benidorm
Like every Holy Wednesday, the Brotherhood of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno, walked through the central streets of Benidorm in one of the longest processions of Holy Week in Benidorm.
At 10:00 p.m., the brothers, hiding their faces, and the women wearing mantillas, accompanied the image of Christ from the Church of Sant Jaume i Santa Anna, to the solemn march performed by the Colla de Xirimiters. During the tour, a group of children represented scenes of passion, such as Veronica wiping the face of Jesus with her canvas.
