The new Committee of Festes Majors Patronals elects its new executive today
When the smell of gunpowder has barely dissipated and some clubs have not yet finished dismantling their clubs, the new Fiestas Commission begins to work today on the organization of Festes Majors Patronals 2024.
Last Friday, the new members of the Commission, in an assembly held in the assembly hall of Casa del Fester 'Diego Cano Enguera', voted for their new president, a position that went to Mª Dolores Cano. The new Commission will officially start working today, Monday, after its first meeting, which is called at 9:00 p.m., on the same stage and from which its executive must leave.
Mª Dolores Cano has been linked to the city's festivities all her life. She is Diego Cano Enguera's daughter and is currently president of Nuestro Padre Jesús Nazareno Brotherhood and the Club 'La Formalitat', founded in 1996.
