Meeting with Foietes Beach football players after being promoted to the national first division

The Mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and the Councillor for Sports, Javier Jordá, welcomed the players of Benidorm Foietes Beach Football after their meritorious promotion to the national first division for next season, after being crowned league champions in the second division and also winning the Valencian Community championship.

Both Pérez and Jordá congratulated the team members, made up entirely of Benidorm players, for a brilliant 2024-2025 season. They also learned firsthand some details of the trip they will undertake next August to Jaén as the team that will represent our region in the Spanish Cup, which will be held from August 19 to 22.

The team showed the mayor and councillors the trophies from the two championships won this year and presented them with commemorative season shirts.
