Paparinell and La Cordà take home second and third prizes
Peña La Colla has won first prize at the Children's Playback organised by the Association of Peñas Virgen del Sufragio, which was held this afternoon in the Julio Iglesias auditorium in the Parque de l'Aigüera and in which a total of six peñas participated.
Their recreation of 'Lion King' earned La Colla 400 euros for the first prize; while Paparinell club won the second prize, worth 200 euros, with their playback of 'Sax & Hey Mama'. 'Cabaret' by Peña La Cordà took third place, worth 100 euros.
In addition to the three winners, the clubs On anem la liem, Quatre Gats and El Cranc participated in the competition.
After the dinner for the members of the club, from 11:00 p.m. onwards, it is the turn of the Adult Playback, in which six clubs are also taking part: Equisdé, Desbarats, Ni pa tu ni pa mi, El Parotet, Tot Previst + Ompli el got, and Cercavila + Arredéu Manolet. In the Adult category, there are five prizes, with monetary amounts ranging from 200 to 1,000 euros.
