Un instante del concierto.

La Nova Musical Societat of Benidorm and Colla de Dolçainers i Tabaleters 'Els Valerios' of La Vila Joiosa have brought the auditorium of the Cultural Center to its feet this Sunday in the concert offered by both groups and which is part of the campaign of 'Intercanvis Musicals sponsored by the Generalitat Valenciana. The recital attracted a large audience, among which was the mayor of Benidorm, Toni Pérez, and other councilors of the Municipal Corporation.

The first to perform were the members of the Colla Els Valerios, who, directed by Fernando Fernández, performed works such as 'Dolça Obertura', by Germán Estévez; 'Lluis El Moll', by Pasqual Salort; 'Manises', by Antoni de la Asunción; and 'Linga Oba', by Saül Gómez.

After them, it was the turn of SM La Nova symphonic band, whose musicians also delighted the public with the interpretation of the pasodoble 'Villena', by Pasqual Marquina; the symphonic print ‘Valencianía’ by Salvador Chuliá; the pasodoble ‘Andrés Contrabandista’ by Óscar Navarro; the Moorish march 'Als berbers', by José Pérez Vilaplana; and the pasodoble 'Pascual Pérez, Pascualet', under the baton of Francisco José Rovira, also the author of this last work.

In addition, La Nova and Colla 'Els Valerios' have shared the stage to perform 'De Quiroa a Séneca-Autobusos', by Miguel Ángel Mas; and 'Muixerangues al cel', composed by Juan Carlos Sempere and whose vibrant interpretation has aroused intense applause from the audience.

Finally, outside the program, they have also jointly performed the Moorish march "Xavier el Coixo", composed in 1988 by José Rafael Pascual Vilaplana, directed by the maestro of Els Valerios, Fernando Fernández Pérez, who later gave up The baton was again given to Francisco José Rovira to direct the interpretation that closed the concert, the Valencian Regional Anthem by professor Serrano.
