The deputy spokesperson of the local government, Lourdes Caselles, explained that in these sentences, five in particular, the judge "cancels the final settlements made to these owners, but at the same time urges the City Council to review ex officio the entire liquidation procedure " "We have doubts that these two decisions are contradictory, and that is why we want the courts to clarify how we have to act," he said.
Parallel to the clarification of the sentence, the mayor, Toni Pérez, will sign a decree "to begin the process of nullifying the plenary agreement of February 27, for which the official review of the liquidations was not admitted for processing. requested by the neighbors, and that is precisely what now marks the sentence that should be done ".
