In the section of requests and questions of the ordinary plenary held on Monday, the mayor has indicated that the draft municipal budget for 2017 was given to the members of the corporation on 10 February, 17 days that "some groups have used to work The document, as evidenced by the fact that they have requested information from some departments to resolve doubts. On Wednesday, February 22, the budget execution bases were sent to the municipal groups, so that "all the councilors of the corporation have in their possession the documentation that marks the Law" and that must accompany the budget, including List of Jobs (RPT). and (VPT) that was also approved by the General Negotiating Board on Thursday, with the favorable vote of four of the five trade union with representation in the City Hall.

Pérez has apologized to citizens for not being able to approach the approval of the budget in committee on Monday, while pointing out that, in any case, the approval would have required a different plenary call than today. In addition, it has reiterated to all the groups of the corporation its "invitation" to carry out and register as many proposals to the draft as it deems appropriate, and to do so before the accounts are fully addressed, so that all the amendments can be informed by the technicians before the session.
