Benidorm organizes the third 'Javier Velasco a por ellasTrail' to benefit Anémona

This morning the third "Javier Velasco a por ellas" Trail was presented in Benidorm on Sunday, May 27, starting at 10.00 in the morning at Foietes Park in Benidorm, to the benefit of Anémona, the Group for Women with Breast Cancer of Marina Baixa. The councilor of Sports, Arturo Cabrillo, and the councilor of Equality, Paquita Ripoll, along with the runner Javier Velasco and representatives of Anémona, Paquita Benaloy and Encarna Zafra participated in the event..

Cabrillo indicated that the event will have three categories and three different outputs: 'March Senderista', at 10.00; 'Trail 9 km', at 10.15; and 'Mini Trail 1 km', at 11.30. For the head of Sports this is a "very special sporting event and therefore, will have the full support of my department and the entire City Council" because Anémona is "a non-profit association that is doing an invaluable work in all senses".

Javier Velasco said that, after the experience of the two previous editions, and since "there were many people who wanted to participate", this year "a trail through the lungs and heart of Benidorm that is Foietes" was designed.
