This morning the Governing Council of 'Ente Gestor del Destino Turístico Inteligente', (EGDTI), has been constituted, to obtain the certification of Benidorm as a Smart Tourist Destination, according to the UNE-178501 standard, in a meeting that took place in the municipal building of El Torrejó. The event was chaired by the mayor of the city, Toni Pérez, and attended by representatives of the different municipal political groups, City Council professionals and members of the participating consultative bodies.
