At 10.00 am on Sunday, the fourth and final stage of the fifth edition of the Costa Blanca Bike Race has begun. An international mountain race included in the calendar of the International Cycling Union (UCI), which has the participation of more than 500 professional and amateur cyclists from more than 20 countries. The test is the only one in the national field in which runners participate in pairs.
At the neutralized start, the Councilor for Sports, Arturo Cabrillo, and his corporate partner Lourdes Caselles were present. After the kick-off, the runners headed towards the Mont Benidorm avenue and after leaving the town the competition started. The cyclists must travel around 57 km until they reach the finish line located in Vila Joiosa.
