Benidorm hosts a work day on corporate tourism and conferences
Last Friday, Benidorm hosted the second edition of 'Mice Talks Benidorm', a day organized by Benidorm DMC company, in collaboration with Visit Benidorm Tourism Foundation and Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, to analyze the situation of tourism for corporate events and conferences in the city.
The meeting took place on the 46th floor of InTempo building and was attended by, among others, the manager of Visit Benidorm, Leire Bilbao; the person in charge of Digital Marketing and Projects of the Costa Blanca Tourism Board, Mar López; or the general director of Hosbec, Victoria Puche; and other voices from private companies related to the organization of conferences and events.
The second deputy mayor of Benidorm City Council and councilor for Parks and Gardens and Water Cycle, José Ramón González de Zárate, was in charge of closing this event and applauding the work that is being developed, as a result of public-private participation, to position the tourist capital as a preferred destination for the MICE market. In this sense, the councilor recognized the importance of improving infrastructure and highlighted that "Benidorm has improved a lot in recent years and will continue to do so."
