La bahía de Benidorm vive la III Regata de la Liga Suma de Falucho, Autonómico de Fondo para Juveniles y Veteranos

The bay of Benidorm has lived today the III Rowing Regatta of the Falucho League, which corresponds to the Autonómico Championship for Youth and Veterans, and in which 35 teams and more than 300 athletes have participated. After 09:30 hours the competition has started with the Women's Veteran category test, where the members of the team of the Yacht Club of Benidorm have achieved third place by covering almost 9 kilometers in a time of 44:10:33. RCN Torrevieja has obtained the first position, and Altea CN second.

In the men's veteran category, CN Benidorm has been sixth, in a test that has dominated CR Dénia, followed by RCN of Torrevieja and CN Altea. In female youth, Calpe RCN has been imposed; while in masculine the triumph has been for RCR Alicante.

The Councilor for Sports, Mariló Cebreros; the mayor of Urbanism, Lourdes Caselles; the president of Valencian Rowing Federation, Alejandro Ruiz; the president of CN Benidorm, Jaime Samper; and the entity's secretary, José Ángel Vicente, have been in charge of delivering the trophies and medals of this regatta.

The start of the test has been in a fleet, and the athletes have toured Levante beach and from Racó de Loix then to the island to finish in the immediate vicinity of the port.
